HFCDC is seeking to hire an assistant toddler

teacher for our nature-based, Reggio inspired early learning center. We are a unique, multiage, nature focused child care center where children and staff are encouraged to explore, create and think "out of the box".

We are an intentionally small center designed to foster a sense of community and homelike environment where children and staff can spend their days learning through play, curiosity, and cooperation. We value time spent outside in our nationally certified "Nature Explore" outdoor classroom and exploring our 100 languages in our studio space.

If you are a flexible thinker, have a growth mindset, and would enjoy the freedom to focus on children's needs and interests rather than being bound by loads of boxed curriculums and rigidity, we would like to talk with you! Minimum qualifications include credits in early childhood education (or similar) and experience working with children.

Salary: From $12 per hour based on experience and qualification.
